Duplicated palate is a rare congenital malformation that is most often associated with other facial malformations of varying severity. This study presents the case of a patient with a duplicated palate and rare facial clefts. The surgical plan was developed with the support of scans with three-dimensional reconstruction for the procedure. Despite the complexity of the surgical reconstruction due to the duplication and alterations of several bone structures, a single palate was ultimately recreated, with a favorable postoperative outcome, no complications, and the expected functional occlusion.
