At MCG Health Tourism Services we keep a patient-centered approach where listening carefully is not just hearing concerns but fully understanding our client’s needs and expectations in the context of seeking medical solutions abroad.
This commitment involves clear, empathetic communication, expert guidance on available options, and ongoing support to facilitate informed decisions.
Rather than relegating the patient to an impersonal process, the goal is to build a relationship of trust based on transparency, ethics, and quality of care, so that each person feels their priorities, values, and personal circumstances are genuinely guided at every step of the journey.
We recommend Colombia because we know firsthand the high quality standards met by its medical and healthcare institutions and professionals. Despite political instability, the medical care and services are at par with the most renowned worldwide.
At MCG Health Tourism Services, we visit and confirm the ability of our medical partners to provide healthcare services and treatments that meet our clients’ high expectations. We take nothing for granted when it comes to our clients’ health and focus on the success of their treatments in Colombia.

In 2016, she married and relocated to the United States to start a family with her husband, an IT professional and data scientist who works in the digital development of manufacturing and service processes within different industries.
In the United States, Marcela obtained an esthetician license, enabling her to perform non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments, age-spot removal, and enhancements of facial expressions.
